Biostar sells its products through major distributors, resellers and system integrators across the world. All of our products have met the highest quality and compatibility standards in the industry. In the event that your board needs to be replaced or repaired, please follow the following steps:
 
 Service for iDEQ SFF Barebones  

1. Contact Your Supplier
All authorized Biostar distributors and resellers should offer a 1-year warranty on Biostar products. Please return your defective product to your supplier for warranty exchange. If the product is out of warranty or if your supplier cannot, or will not help you, please proceed to step two.

2. Prepare Proof-of-Purchase Then Call Biostar
All new (non-refurbished) Biostar iDEQ SFF barebones carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the original purchase date. If your supplier cannot provide you with service, please have your proof-of-purchase (sales invoice, receipt, etc) on hand and contact our technical support department at (626) 581-1055. We will do our best to help you over the phone. If the problem is determined to be a hardware defect, we will give you a return authorization number to send the unit back to us for replacement/repair. All you pay is the shipping back to us.

 Service for Motherboards And Other Products  

1. Contact Your Supplier
All authorized Biostar distributors and resellers should honor and offer a 1-year warranty on new Biostar products. Please return your defective product to your supplier for warranty exchange. If the product is out of warranty or if your supplier cannot, or will not help you, please proceed to step two.

2. Determine Warranty Eligibility
A handful of authorized Biostar resellers may have special arrangements with Biostar in regards to warranty policy. These special policies supersede the standard 1-year warranty. If you have questions about this please contact your supplier.

3. Complete The Service Release Form And Prepare Payment
If you need to send the board back to Biostar for out-of-warranty service, please note that a flat $45.00 USD, non-refundable, service charge will apply. Please prepare a Money Order or Cashier's Check to the amount of $45.00 USD, then complete the Service Release Form. The service charge includes returning UPS ground shipping charge within 48 US states only. We do not accept any other forms of payment. Please make it payable to Biostar USA. Shipping charge to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations will be extra.

4. Obtain An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
After submitting your Tech Support Form or Service Release Form, you should expect to receive an RMA number within 2-3 business days.

5. Packing And Shipping
After receiving your RMA number, please pack up the merchandise with proper ESD packing material. Be sure to include the payment in the package if it is for out-of-warranty service. Significant delay will occur in processing your RMA if you do not include payment with your product. Also make sure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box. Any package without an RMA number will be refused. Please ship the package freight prepaid to:
