Biostar's Flasher technology allows the user to easily update the motherboard's BIOS without the hassle of creating a bootable floppy disk, dealing with the arcane DOS command prompt, and using a separate flashing utility. With Flasher, the BIOS can be updated right from within the CMOS setup.

1. Download the latest BIOS, save the BIOS file to a floppy disk
2. Restart the computer, press DELETE to get into CMOS setup
3. Highlight "Upgrade BIOS", hit Enter

4. Use the arrow keys to highlight the BIOS file, hit Enter
5. When prompted "Are you sure to flash?", answer "Y"

6. After flashing is done, reset the computer
7. Get back into CMOS setup by pressing DELETE while booting up
8. Highlight "Load Optimized Defaults", hit Enter, answer "Y"
9. Press F10 to save and exit CMOS setup
10. Done!
