When overclocking a motherboard, the system
can sometimes become unstable. Overzealous
overclocking can even lead to permanent
damage to the motherboard. To protect
your precious investment, the WatchDog™
technology automatically shuts down the
computer when any of the preset danger
thresholds is reached. When this happens,
please use the following procedure to
regain use of your motherboard:
- Unplug the power cord
- Wait at least 5 seconds
- Plug the power cord back in
- Hold down <INSERT> key while
turning on your computer
- You motherboard has been reverted
back to factory default settings
